By accessing or using the Baheri Nagar Palika Parishad Property Tax Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Portal immediately.
Legal Authority
This Portal is operated by Baheri Nagar Palika Parishad under the authority of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916, and relevant provisions of the UP Urban Local Bodies (ULB) regulations for digital service delivery.
Amendments
The Nagar Palika Parishad reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Lawful Use
You agree to use this Portal only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Portal for fraud, impersonation, filing false property claims, or any activity that disrupts service availability.
No Automated Access
You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access, copy, or extract data from this Portal without prior written permission from the Nagar Palika Parishad.

Fraud & Misrepresentation
Attempting to pay taxes for a property you do not own, filing false self-assessment forms, or misrepresenting property details to reduce tax liability is a punishable offence under the UP Municipalities Act and Indian Penal Code.
System Interference
Any attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or compromise the Portal's security infrastructure, including SQL injection, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised data extraction, will result in criminal prosecution.
Identity Fraud
Impersonating another property owner or using another person's credentials or OTP to access the Portal or make payments constitutes identity fraud and is punishable under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916, IT Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as applicable to government digital services.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of this Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Grievance Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, users are encouraged to resolve disputes through the Nagar Palika's grievance redressal mechanism. Contact the Tax Superintendent at the Baheri Nagar Palika Parishad office.
